Owned and managed by Alex and Cathy Kamvissis, Montibello is a fully licensed restaurant that specialises in serving authentic, Sicilian-inspired, home-cooked Italian cuisine.
Montibello’s main menu consists of classic Italian pizza and pasta dishes and desserts, excellently refined by the cooking expertise of their head Chef Fiorenzo Riccelli.
To further guarantee the quality of every dish, Cathy’s mum Nonna has also reviewed and confirmed her approval of the menu. She will also contribute to the Specials Board since everybody who has been to Montibello knows that Nonna (with her strong Sicilian bloodline) does it best when it comes to hearty, authentic, Italian-style meals.
